A full roof retile on a large residential property, taken right back to the timber before any new work went on. The old tiles were stripped off, new battens fitted throughout and a breathable membrane laid underneath to bring the roof up to current standards, not just patched over the old setup.

The roof was then retiled with concrete interlocking tiles to a clean, consistent finish across the whole property, with the flat roof section completed alongside the main pitched roof so the whole job was handled in one visit.
